Daily D+ K Balance combines vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and calcium for bone and cardiovascular wellness support.* This is a high-potency formula. Each capsule contains 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D3.
Consult a healthcare professional before use. The manufacturer's twice-daily directions provide 250 mcg (10,000 IU) vitamin D3 daily, above the general adult upper limit of 100 mcg (4,000 IU). Higher intake should be directed by a healthcare professional. Do not combine with other vitamin-D supplements without reviewing your total intake. Vitamin K can interact with warfarin and similar anticoagulants; ask your prescriber before use.

Manufacturer's directions
