Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Our products are fulfilled through trusted third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners that specialize in dietary supplements.


SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently ship internationally.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Take 2 New U, LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@take2newu.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable so we can assist you promptly.
