REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Take 2 New U, LLC. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and personal wellness products, please review our refund and return policy carefully.

ALL SALES FINAL ON OPENED PRODUCTS

For safety and quality reasons, opened or used dietary supplements are not eligible for return or refund.

We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS (UNOPENED ITEMS ONLY)

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at take2newu@take2newu.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used supplements
Clearance or final sale items
Subscription orders after they have shipped

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription orders are billed automatically at the selected interval.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
Subscription charges cannot be refunded once an order has shipped

REFUND PROCESSING

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
